You are paying for time-limited access to Premium features. Payment does not purchase a property review, guarantee verification approval, promise buyer enquiries or guarantee a completed sale.
What Premium includes
- Access to create and manage property sale adverts on D8.
- Access to submit an individual identity or company authenticity review.
- A verified badge after D8 approves the identity or company review.
- Continued access to Premium sale-advertising tools during the paid subscription period, subject to the Terms of Use.
What payment does not guarantee
Premium does not guarantee identity approval, continued publication of an advert, search placement, buyer interest, a tour, an offer, payment or completion of a property sale. D8 may restrict features or remove content that breaches its rules.
Monthly and annual billing
Monthly
Your device's app marketplace displays the monthly price and applicable taxes before you confirm. The subscription is charged when purchased and renews each month unless cancelled before renewal.
Annual
The annual option is priced to save 10% compared with paying the current monthly price twelve times. It is charged once for a full year and renews annually unless cancelled before renewal.
Store prices can vary by country, currency, tax and permitted price tier. The final amount and renewal date shown by Google Play or the App Store before confirmation control your purchase.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual Premium subscriptions renew automatically through the store account used for purchase. Cancel through Google Play or the App Store before the renewal date shown in your store account to avoid the next charge.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Premium access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. Removing the D8 app or deleting a D8 account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
What D8 verifies
D8 verifies an individual’s identity or a company’s authenticity only. Approval means that this limited review passed at the time recorded by D8.
D8 does not verify property ownership, title, authority to sell, survey plans, consent, encumbrances, planning status, property condition or sale documents. A verified badge is not a property guarantee, recommendation or substitute for due diligence.
Buyers remain responsible for physical inspection and independent checks with qualified lawyers, surveyors, relevant land registries and other appropriate authorities. Read the D8 Safety Tips before viewing or paying for property.
Refunds and billing help
Google Play or the App Store processes the subscription charge and applies its rules for receipts, billing recovery, grace periods, failed renewals, cancellation and refunds. D8 cannot silently change a store receipt or guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
If the store shows an active subscription but Premium is unavailable in D8, use Restore purchase in the app. If access still does not appear, contact D8 support with the account email and store receipt reference. Do not send a password, one-time code or full payment-card number.
